Bayside Bonito™ is a large evergreen shrub (or small tree) with fragrant, olive-green leaves and extremely dense habit. Grows as much as 15’ tall by 10’ wide and responds nicely to shearing. Very versatile, it is a popular choice for screens, hedges, shrub borders, erosion control along stream beds, and wetland gardens! It is a good choice for seaside plantings as it is tolerant of salt spray. Bayside Bonito™ is a male selection and will not bear any fruit.
