Prune: Prune after flowering, but leave flower clusters for fall berry production

Mulch: Keep a layer of mulch around the base of the plant year-round to conserve water and reduce weeds

Ideas for Use: Would make a great landscape hedge, garden addition for fall color, single specimen, and bird attractor for its berry production in fall.
